i. The scheme shall be available from 21st September 2025 to 30th November 2025 or till the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.

ii. Customers will receive one (1) scratch card at the time of taking delivery of the vehicle.

iii. To redeem the prize, customers must present the original scratch card at the dealership between 15th October 2025 and 15th December 2025.

iv. The scratch card must be produced in its original form, with the serial number and gift description clearly visible. Any card that is torn, tampered with, mutilated, or altered in any manner shall be considered invalid.

i. The gift mentioned on the scratch card is fixed and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other benefit.

ii. The Company reserves the absolute right to withdraw, modify, suspend, or terminate this scheme (in whole or in part) at its sole discretion without prior notice.

iii. Taxes and Statutory levies as applicable shall be borne by the recipient of a Gift. The recipient shall pay the amount of applicable taxes and PAN Proof to the Company before claiming the gifts.

i. In the event gifts are received in broken or damaged condition, the same shall be reported at the time of receipt of the gift. No subsequent claims shall be entertained.

ii. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for the quality, durability, performance, or warranty of the gifts/devices offered under this scheme. Any issues regarding the gift shall be addressed directly with the manufacturer/authorized service provider of the respective product.

i. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

ii. This scheme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
